OnGuard Protective Blend
Diffuse daily to create an environment germs don't like to grow in.
Make a 10 ml roller with 20 drops of OnGuard (10 drops for kids) to support your immune system on a regular basis. Roll on the bottoms of your feet and/or down the spine.
Add 1-2 drops of OnGuard in water to support healthy gums and teeth. (My dentist has commented that my teeth and gums look better)
Apply with a carrier oil to a cold sore.
When you get sick, make a roller of OnGuard, Melaleuca, Frankincense, Lemon and Oregano (The Bomb). Roll on the bottoms of your feet and/or down your spine. Take those same oils (1 drop each) in a veggie cap.

Breathe Respiratory Blend - FREE!
To ease respiratory issues, put a drop or 2 of Breathe and breathe in deeply. Apply diluted to your chest.
During times of cold and flu, diffuse 5-10 drops or apply with a carrier oil over the chest.
During allergy season, apply 1-2 drops over the bridge of the nose and sinuses (watch your eyes)
To ease snoring, apply 1-2 drops over throat and bridge of nose (watch your eyes)
If you feel emotionally closed off and rub over your heart.
Add a few drops to the floor of your shower when you feel congested.

Standard orders do not receive LRP points.
