Join us for a fun night focused on creating healthy habits for yourself and your family.

We’re into it with the fall season. School schedules….work schedules… home schedules… as the fun of summer becomes a distant memory, we’re hopefully starting to settle into the fall. And, if you’re like me, sometimes that requires some recalibrating.

Sometimes the best intentions for what we wanted to focus on or do differently in this season have started to fall apart and need adjusting. Or perhaps family life in this season has started to require something different than the previous season did. Or maybe you’ve decided to start making some shifts in how you do things- how you support your physical and emotional health.

Regardless of where you’re at, we'd like to invite you to a workshop focused on creating healthy habits that WORK. We’ll be talking about routines and self-care and habits and healthy foods, specifically for WOMEN and FAMILIES.

We’re excited to welcome in Sarina Price to co-teach this workshop. Sarina is a licensed mental health counselor, expressive-arts therapist and holistic wellness consultant with a specialization in nutritional psychology, or the study of how food effects mood and behavior. She comes to us with a wealth of information on creating habits and routines that support wellness in our homes and families, making her a natural fit for this topic. She’ll be sharing on all of these things and offering up her wisdom in a wide range of areas.

I’ll be teaching specifically about using essential oils and supplements to set yourself (and your people!) up for success and support your own wellness. Specifically, as a mama, many of my routines and habits for my family are rooted in creating a home focused on the physical and emotional wellness of allll the people who live here, and I’m excited to help you to create similar healthy habits that work for you and your tribe.

And, we’ve got a special gift for just for showing up.

We’re excited to be with you on Tuesday, November 5th at 7PM.

(please RSVP via text to 717-471-7496 so that we’re sure to have enough supplies on hand)
