This module is all about healing the gut. Our gut is an integral part of thyroid healing (if you haven’t noticed, there are a lot of parts to it!) because that is where all the nutrients the thyroid needs to do it’s job come from. You’ll get to assess where your gut is now and we’ll talk through some simple shifts to begin the gut healing process.
