1. The Liver, Adrenal, Gut Health Assessments-- these inventories can help you figure out if you need to work on these areas that we talked through. Just tally up how many of these things apply to you... and then reach out to whoever invited you to the webinar and they’ll help you come up with a plan to address those things specifically. 

These assessments can hopefully give you a good place to start- should you focus on your liver? Adrenals? Gut? A little bit of everything? I would encourage you to do some small things in each category and then work in the area that seems to be the biggest concern.

2. BONE BROTH! I mentioned the importance of bone broth and drinking it at least once a day- (look for broth made from 100% grass-fed cows).

Local bone broths & soups in Lancaster, PA:

Drew @ Crowded Kitchen Foods at Lancaster’s Central Market also offers bone broth & soups made from organic ingredients

Online, there are a number of brands that offer quality broth like this one.

You can also make bone broth easily in an InstantPot or on the stovetop. (PLEASE NOTE: Bone broth is totally different from most broths that you buy from the store... so don't skimp on this)

3. Roller Bottle Recipes: Essential roller bottle blends to support your organs.

Adrenal Magic Roller (10ml bottle):

  • 3 drops geranium

  • 3 drops cedarwood

  • 2 drops vetiver

  • 3 drops marjoram

  • 2 drops basil

  • 5 drops douglas fir

  • 3 drops peppermint

  • Top with fractionated coconut oil

Dr. Mariza Snyder’s LOVE YOUR LIVER ROLLERBALL BLEND (10ml bottle)

  • 7 drops Helichrysum, or Lavender if you don’t have it

  • 7 drops Frankincense essential oil

  • 3 drops Geranium essential oil

  • 3 drops Turmeric essential oil

  • 12 drops myrrh
