Your thyroid and adrenal glands work in tandem. Your thyroid is working to regulate the processes going on in your body - including the hormone production of the adrenals. The next steps toward healing are managing stress and getting adequate rest. These two steps are the foundation of giving your adrenals a reset which will in turn help to heal your thyroid.
